Add onions, garlic and washed lamb to a large pan
Add all spices and mix well
Cook for a few minutes, then add water
Cover and cook on a low flame for 30 mins (onions will release water)
Add tomatoes, green chillies, yoghurt, black pepper & a splash of oil
Cook until lamb is tender and oil separates
Finish with fresh coriander and serve with naan, roti or rice
