Minimal Prep Lamb Curry
  1. Add onions, garlic and washed lamb to a large pan

  2. Add all spices and mix well

  3. Cook for a few minutes, then add water

  4. Cover and cook on a low flame for 30 mins (onions will release water)

  5. Add tomatoes, green chillies, yoghurt, black pepper & a splash of oil

  6. Cook until lamb is tender and oil separates

  7. Finish with fresh coriander and serve with naan, roti or rice
