Breading
Also needed:
Press the tofu for at least an hour.
Preheat oven to 400°F
Mix all the breading ingredients together in a large bowl or plate.
Cut tofu into thin strips or thin patties. Pour soy sauce into a separate bowl
Dip a strip of tofu into the soy sauce to coat the surface. Then, lay it flat in the breading, and flip it over to coat the whole thing in breading. Place it onto a clean plate/cutting board, then repeat for every tofu strip.
Spread the oil on a baking sheet
Bread each strip a second time & place them all on the baking sheet
Bake for 20 minutes.
Flip them over, then bake for another 20 minutes.
