  1. Blanch your raw almonds by boiling for exactly one minute, then rinse and remove skins

  2. Rough chop blanched almonds and place them in a pint jar

  3. Pour vodka over the almonds, seal the jar lid, shake, and store in a cool dark place for 6-8 weeks, shaking every other day

  4. Strain the finished extract through a coffee filter or cheesecloth, then bottle for future use
