  3. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.

  4. Stir in the garam masala, paprika, turmeric, cumin, coriander, and chili powder, coating the chicken evenly with the spices.

  5. Pour in the tomato puree and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  6. Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste. Let the sauce simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
