Mix together ground pork, sliced green onion, chicken bouillon, brown sugar, cooking wine, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, water, and oyster sauce
Layer the soup bowl starting with ground pork mixture
Add a layer of napa cabbage
Add a double layer of wonton wrappers
Repeat layers as desired
Pour ⅓ cup of water over the layers (add more if you prefer more broth)
Top with another layer of wonton wrappers
Steam and boil for 20 minutes
Top with garlic chili crunch and serve while hot
