High Protein Pancake Bake
  1. Mix up the pancake ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Once a batter has formed, spread it evenly and then microwave for 1-2 minutes. Length of time will vary depending on what size of dish you use.

  2. While the pancake microwaves, dice up strawberries and mix together PB powder and sugar free syrup.

  3. After the pancake is done, top it with any and all of the toppings.
