Kimchi Tuna Melt
  1. Drain your canned tuna and add it into a bowl with your kimchi, gojujang, sesame oil, light mayo, and garlic powder.

  2. Dice up some green onions and add it into your bowl and mix it all together.

  3. Get 2 slices of sourdough bread and sprinkle both your mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top of one slice of bread.

  4. In a pan, spray cooking oil and toast both slices of bread in order to get a golden brown crisp on one side. Cover the pan with a lid to let the cheese cook through until it melts. Remove that slice and only flip the slice of bread with no cheese and cook until golden brown again.

  5. Place your tuna mix on top of the cheese and then your slice of toasted sourdough on top to complete the sandwich.
