Soak lentils overnight
Blend lentils with 500 ml water
Strain and cook on low heat until thickens
Pour into a container, let cool, then chill in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight
Cut into cubes
Toss cubes with pepper, onion powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, Chinese five spice, mushroom seasonings and a splash of soy sauce
Mix well and let them soak up all that goodness
Add a little oil, spread them out on a tray
Bake or air fry at 250 degrees Celsius until golden
