This Isn't Croutons… It's Tofu Made From Lentils! (vegan & Soy-free)
  1. Soak lentils overnight

  2. Blend lentils with 500 ml water

  3. Strain and cook on low heat until thickens

  4. Pour into a container, let cool, then chill in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight

  5. Cut into cubes

  6. Toss cubes with pepper, onion powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, Chinese five spice, mushroom seasonings and a splash of soy sauce

  7. Mix well and let them soak up all that goodness

  8. Add a little oil, spread them out on a tray

  9. Bake or air fry at 250 degrees Celsius until golden
