Mix all the batter ingredients together. The batter should have the consistency of thick sour cream.
Cut the tangerines into halves.
Grease a frying pan with butter and fry the tangerines over low heat for 2 minutes.
Pour the batter over the tangerines. Cover the pan with a lid and bake on low heat for 10 minutes.
Using a plate, flip the cake and bake it on the other side for another 10 minutes.
