Charcuterie Nachos
  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment.

  2. Spread chips out in an even layer (slightly overlapping is fine).

  3. Sprinkle shredded white cheddar and cubed brie and spread all over the chips.

  4. Add salami/prosciutto evenly.

  5. Bake 6–8 minutes until the brie is melted and chips look toasty (don’t nuke it—just melt + warm).

  6. Spoon small dollops of jam across the nachos.

  7. Add pickles or peppers.

  8. Drizzle garlic aioli.

  9. Finish with chives, cracked pepper and parmesan (optional).

  10. Serve immediately while it’s melty and chaotic.
