Remove the corn kernels from the cob.
Add corn, onion, ginger garlic red chilli paste and coriander leaves to a bowl.
Add salt, turmeric, curry powder, jeera and sesame seeds.
Mix in besan and rice flour.
Add very little water and mix to make a thick mixture.
Drop small portions in hot oil and deep fry till golden and crispy.
Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
