Crispy Lehsuni Corn Pakoda
  1. Remove the corn kernels from the cob.

  2. Add corn, onion, ginger garlic red chilli paste and coriander leaves to a bowl.

  3. Add salt, turmeric, curry powder, jeera and sesame seeds.

  4. Mix in besan and rice flour.

  5. Add very little water and mix to make a thick mixture.

  6. Drop small portions in hot oil and deep fry till golden and crispy.

  7. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
