Line a 9×13-inch pan with butter and parchment paper
Place Club crackers in a single layer across the bottom.
Add the butter, brown sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and heavy cream to a saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Once boiling, cook for about 7 minutes, stirring so it doesn’t scorch.
Pour half of the caramel mixture over the crackers and spread evenly.
Add another layer of crackers.
Pour the remaining caramel mixture over the crackers and spread evenly.
Top with the remaining crackers. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Melt the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter together until smooth. You can microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each one.
Spread the chocolate mixture evenly over the top.
Refrigerate for a couple hours, or until completely firm.
Cut into bars and keep refrigerated for the cleanest, firmest layers.
