Flake the salmon with a fork until it forms small pieces.
Add the whipped cream cheese, sour cream, horseradish, lemon juice and zest, dill, green onion, capers, sea salt and pepper and top with everything bagel seasoning.
Serve with bagel chips, carrots, pickled sumac onions, radish, cucumber, endive, tomatoes, jammy eggs - everything you’d eat with a smoked salmon bagel!
