  1. Mix 350g turkey mince with 1 tsp garlic powder and a big handful of spinach

  2. Add a dash of chicken stock to the mixture for flavor

  3. Stir in 60g tomato puree

  4. Layer the mixture with 40g lasagne sheets

  5. Mix 2 eggs with 200g low fat cottage cheese

  6. Layer the egg and cottage cheese mixture with the meat and pasta layers

  7. Bake until cooked through

  8. Sprinkle with cheese on top before serving
