Miso Ginger Red Cabbage Salad
  1. Combine peeled ginger, carrot, honey, miso, onions, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil and neutral oil in a blender

  2. Blend until smooth and set aside

  3. Finely shred your cabbage using a knife or a peeler

  4. Place the cabbage in a bowl and pour the carrot ginger dressing over it

  5. Add your almonds and toss until well combined

  6. Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with scallions

  7. Serve and enjoy
