Chocolate Molten Lava Cake (for 2)
  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Melt chocolate and butter together stirring constantly in a pan or in small increments in the microwave until smooth.

  2. In a small bowl add your egg, egg yolk, sugar, vanilla and salt. Whisk to combine.

  3. Add your flour and whisk to reduce clumps. Fold in your melted chocolate. Pour into a greased oven safe dish. I use a 4 ½ inch wide ramekin. If you want to separate the batter into 2 smaller dishes you can but the baking time will be shorter.

  4. Bake in the oven for 14-20 minutes until the top is just set. Keep an eye on it and don't over bake it! Top with icecream and enjoy your delicious dessert 🤍
