Blue Ribbon Cowboy Chili
  1. Brown and drain ground beef

  2. Add beef back to pot, add tomato paste and breakfast sausage, cook until sausage is browned and broken up, do not drain.

  3. Add chili seasoning, brown sugar, onion, jalapeños, and garlic. Cook for a few minutes until vegetables soften up.

  4. Add diced tomatoes, hatch green chilis, and tomato sauce, simmer with lid on for a minimum of one hour.

  5. Add Bush's chili magic, and then simmer with lid on for another 30 minutes.

  6. Serve.
