Healthy High Protein Bagels
  1. In a bowl mix together self raising flour, cottage cheese and salt. Use your hands to mix well, then knead on a floured surface for 2 mins until smooth. Press down on the dough with your finger and it should bounce back.

  2. Cut into quarters, roll into a ball and make a hole in the middle. Place into a lined baking tray, brush with egg wash, top with sesame seeds and bake at 180c for 23-25 mins.

  3. Meanwhile make the egg mayo but mixing together eggs, greek yogurt, dijon mustard, salt and pepper.

  4. When the bagels are cooked and golden, slice and fill with egg mayo - enjoy!
