Boneless Chicken Wings
  1. Prepare a large bowl. If you do not already have a wing sauce, whisk together your choice of sauce with honey until combined. Set aside.

  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.

  3. In another bowl, whisk together equal parts baking powder and corn starch.

  4. In yet another bowl, add the egg and water.

  5. Cut up chicken evenly by mass and pat them dry.

  6. In another bowl, add the chicken and drizzle with olive oil, mix.

  7. Then dust the chicken in the baking powder/corn starch mixture and let sit for 10 min separated on parchment paper.

  8. Next, dip each piece of chicken in the egg mixture, then coat it well with the flour mixture. Once each piece of chicken is coated, dip them again in the remaining flour.

  9. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350F. Fry the chicken in batches for 4 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165F). Drain the chicken on a paper towel.

  10. (Optional) For darker wings, fry again for an additional 1-2 minutes.

  11. Add the cooked chicken to the large bowl with the sauce. Toss to coat in the sauce and serve immediately.
