Spinach Feta Strudel
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

  2. Thaw the puff pastry according to package instructions.

  3. In a pan, sauté the garlic until fragrant.

  4. Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Let it cool.

  5. Stir in crumbled feta, Gouda, salt, and pepper.

  6. Place the spinach mixture along the center of the puff pastry.

  7. Fold the sides of the puff pastry over the filling to form a strudel.

  8. Brush the top of the strudel with beaten egg.

  9. Sprinkle with mozzarella and sesame seeds.

  10. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown.

  11. Slice and serve hot. Enjoy!
