Barbecue Chili
  1. Ia large Dutch oven heat oil over

    medium-high heat. Add ground beef, onion, chili powder, cumin, and garlic; cook about 10 minutes or until meat is brown and onion is tender, using a wooden spoon to break up meat as it cooks.

  2. Stir in undrained tomatoes, ketchup, brown sugar, molasses, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Bring to boiling; reduce heat.

  3. Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. Stir in kidney beans, pinto beans, and cannellini beans. Return to boiling; reduce heat.

  5. Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes more.

  6. If desired, garnish each serving with bacon
