Make the Beijing beef glaze by mixing the soy sauce, water, sriracha, oyster sauce, hoisin, sweetener and cornflour mixed with water
Cook the rice according to package instructions
Sauté the garlic, bell pepper and onion
Add the crispy beef strips and Beijing beef glaze, mix well and heat through
Serve the Beijing beef over the cooked rice and garnish with sesame seeds (optional)
