Easy Cinnamon Roll Granola Clusters (vegan)
  1. Preheat oven to 325F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Combine all dry ingredients.

  3. Combine wet ingredients

  4. Pour wet into dry and stir until oats are completely coated.

  5. Spread mixture onto baking sheet in a ¼in single layer and PRESS down with spatula.

  6. Bake for 25mins until lightly golden.

  7. Let cool completely (~1hr) (Don’t skip this step as this is when the granola gets crispy!)

  8. Once cooled, drizzle on melted white chocolate. Place in the fridge until set. Then break into clusters and enjoy!

  9. Store in an airtight container or mason jars!
