Whisk together and simmer in a small sauce pot for 15 minutes. Add more water if it gets too thick.
OR- Place ingredients in a small crock-pot for 2 hours and add water to desired consistency.
Note: You can leave out the bourbon if you dont have it, or dont use alcohol. Just use a little extra water.
