Turkey Fried Rice
  1. In a pan on medium heat, add 1 tbsp of oil. Add the onion, carrot, and green beans and cook for a few minutes until onions are translucent.

  2. Add the garlic, turkey, and rice. Mix well.

  3. Create a well in the center of the pan and crack the eggs into it. Scramble the eggs and fold into the rice.

  4. Add the soy sauces, oyster sauce, white pepper, and MSG. Mix well and taste and adjust.

  5. Serve with chili oil, green onions, etc. Enjoy!
