Vegan Clotted Cream
  1. Put the vegan 'butter' into a food mixer or large bowl and sieve in the icing sugar.

  2. Beat until pale and fluffy.

  3. Add the vegan cream and whip for 2 minutes until fairly stiff peaks form.

  4. Serve with scones and jam.
