Italian Cheese Log
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, and grated Parmesan cheese.

  2. Add the chopped parsley, sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

  3. Transfer the cheese mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap. Shape it into a log and wrap it tightly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.

  4. Once the cheese log is firm, remove it from the plastic wrap and roll it in the chopped walnuts or pecans until evenly coated.

  5. Slice the cheese log into rounds and serve with crackers, bread, or fresh vegetables.
