Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 baking pan.
Boil macaroni in salted water until al dente (about 8 minutes). Drain.
Add melted butter to hot noodles and stir well.
Stir in half of the shredded cheese mix, Velveeta, half-and-half, eggs, salt, and pepper.
Transfer mixture to baking pan. Top with remaining shredded cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and bubbling at the edges.
