No-bake Pineapple Cream Dessert
  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish to create the crust.

  2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract.

  3. Fold in drained crushed pineapple and whipped topping until smooth.

  4. Spread the filling over the crust in an even layer.

  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
