Pour in the chicken broth.
Add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and white pepper.
Simmer for 15–20 minutes so the vegetables become tender.
Add the egg noodles and cook according to the package directions (usually 6–8 minutes).
Stir in the diced pork just long enough to warm through, about 2–3 minutes.
Add the spinach and cook for 1 minute, just until wilted.
Remove from the heat and stir in the toasted sesame oil.
