Creamy Chili Miso Bowl With Crispy Pork
  1. Mix the ground pork with mirin, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and black bean sauce. Let marinate for 15 minutes.

  2. Whisk together the coconut milk, chicken stock, soy sauce, sesame paste, miso paste, rice vinegar, lime juice, sugar, and chili oil. Bring gently to a simmer, then keep warm.

  3. Cook noodles or rice according to package directions. Steam or blanch the greens and set aside.

  4. Heat a wok over medium-high heat until lightly smoking. Add 1 tbsp oil, then the marinated pork. Cook until deeply browned and crispy.

  5. Add the spicy bean sauce and extra garlic, cook for 1 more minute, then remove from heat.

  6. Assemble bowls with noodles, ladle over the hot broth, top with crispy pork, greens, scallions, and crushed peanuts.
