Korean Bbq Meatballs
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking tray

  2. Mix beef, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onions

  3. Roll mixture into meatballs and place on tray

  4. Bake for 18–20 minutes until cooked and browned

  5. Simmer gochujang, honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic until thick

  6. Toss meatballs in sauce and garnish with green onions
