Freeze fresh mango for 3 hours (or use store bought). Thaw for 10 minutes prior to adding to the blender.
Add frozen mango to a blender with the juice of 2 limes and sweetener to taste.
Blend until smooth and push down any pieces that fly up. It will take 4-5 minutes of blending.
Serve right away or store in freezer for 3 weeks. This makes 2-3 servings depending on appetite.
Top with sugar-free chamoy and tajin if desired.
