Spicy Tuna Sushi Bake
  1. Add the tuna, 3 tbsp Kewpie mayo, 1 ½ tbsp Sriracha, 1 ½ tsps Sesame oil, ½ tbsp Soy sauce, 1 dash Black pepper, and 1 tsp Sesame seeds in a bowl and mix well.

  2. Add ⅓ cup chopped green onion and 2 ½ cups cooked jasmine rice and mix to combine.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with 1 ½ tbsp Kewpie mayo and 1 ½ tbsp Sriracha.

  4. Broil until the top is lightly browned.

  5. Finish with ½ tbsp Nori komi furikake rice seasoning and the remaining green onions.

  6. Serve with thinly sliced cucumber.
