Combine cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, ¼ tsp almond extract, vanilla extract, and 3 tbsp maple syrup in a food processor and set aside
Stir together almond flour and almond butter until sandy and crumbly
Add 2 tsp maple syrup, ⅛ tsp almond extract, and pinch of salt to the almond mixture and stir until it comes together
Press the almond croissant crust lightly into a jar
Layer the cheesecake mixture on top of the crust
Top with sliced almonds and a dust of powdered sugar
