Spread pesto over one wrap
Add a generous layer of mozzarella to the pesto-covered wrap
Place the second wrap on top to create a quesadilla style base
Mix tomato purée with a pinch of oregano, garlic powder, and a splash of water
Spread the tomato mixture over the top wrap
Add more mozzarella and a few blobs of pesto on top
Air fry at 180°C for around 10 minutes until golden and melty
Slice and serve
