Banana Protein Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Mash 3 bananas in a bowl and add all wet ingredients. Mix, but don't overmix, just until combined

  3. Add oats (or oat flour) into a blender and blend to make oat flour. Mix in remaining dry ingredients.

  4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until fully combined.

  5. Divide batter into regular muffin tin.

  6. Bake in oven for 14-18 minutes until cooked through. Enjoy!
