5 Ingredient ‘reese’s’ Chocolate Fudge Flapjacks
  1. Combine the ingredients for the flapjacks in a mixing bowl and stir well.

  2. Spoon into a lined baking tin or mould and press down evenly to make sure the mixture is all compact.

  3. Cover with ⅓ of the peanut butter spread evenly then chill while you make the fudge.

  4. For the fudge, add the ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir until you have a thick chocolatey mixture.

  5. Pour it on top of the flapjacks and put them back in the fridge for an hour or so to allow them to set.

  6. Alternatively if you’re impatient like me you can always put them in the freezer and they will set quicker.

  7. Cut them into squares and enjoy!
