Line a crockpot with parchment paper.
Place 12 to 14 frozen dinner rolls on top of the parchment paper
Put crockpot on low and let stand for 1 ½ to 2 hours while the dinner rolls rise
Take the lid off and punch down with your fingers making holes for the ingredients. Drizzle with olive oil oil and brush to coat the top.
Sprinkle with a little garlic powder, some fresh thyme, some fresh rosemary, some sun-dried tomatoes, sliced olives,, or any ingredients you like
Put crockpot on high. Cover the top of the crockpot with the paper towel then put the lid on and cook for an hour.
Open the lid take off the paper towel and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese.
Put the lid back on over the paper towel for just a few minutes to let the cheese melt.
Remove lid. Lifting with the parchment paper, remove focaccia from the crockpot.
Peel the parchment paper off. Slice and eat.!
