Crispy Gnocchi & Brussels Sprouts
  1. Toss Brussels sprouts with 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

  2. Roast Brussels sprouts.

  3. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil and butter in a pan.

  4. Add gnocchi to the pan and cook until golden brown and crispy.

  5. Stir in honey.

  6. Combine gnocchi and Brussels sprouts.

  7. Top with Parmesan cheese.
