Smashed Crispy Parmesan Broccoli
  1. Cut and boil broccoli for 10-15 minutes until slightly soft

  2. Drain the broccoli and set aside

  3. Drizzle oil on baking paper and sprinkle with oregano, garlic, pepper, salt, cumin, paprika, and all purpose seasoning

  4. Add parmesan cheese to the baking paper

  5. Place broccoli on top and smash using the bottom of a glass or flat object

  6. Add extra parmesan and seasoning on top

  7. Cook in oven or air fryer at 185°C for 15-30 minutes until crispy to your liking

  8. Remove from tray and serve as a side dish with roast dinner or any meal
