Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place the chicken thighs in a large bowl.
Add the olive oil and spices. Use your hands to coat the chicken.
Arrange the seasoned thighs in a single layer on a rimmed baking dish.
Brush remaining oil-spice mix over the chicken.
Bake uncovered until thighs are cooked through and reach 165ºF.
Serve immediately.
