Garlic Noodles
  1. Heat 1 tsp. sesame oil in a large skillet (or a wok).

  2. Slice the sausage thinly and cook in the hot oil until browned and crispy.

  3. Set aside the remaining sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, and oyster sauce.

  4. Cook pasta according to package directions.

  5. Cook green onions and garlic in the remaining fat.

  6. Add the sauce mixture, bring to a boil, and dissolve the sugar.

  7. Return the sausage to the pan, toss well, and mix.

  8. Add drained pasta to the sauce, stirring vigorously.

  9. Serve hot.
