Heat sesame oil over medium heat then add onion, mushroom, garlic, carrots, and a splash of soy sauce. Cook for a minute or two then add chicken, season with seasoned salt.
Crumble chicken as it cooks and add in water chestnuts. Halfway through cooking pour in teriyaki sauce and continue cooking until chicken is fully cooked through.
Serve with whatever you want - rice or in lettuce wraps
