Cube up the salmon
Add soy sauce, sesame oil, Sriracha, and mayonnaise to the salmon and mix thoroughly
Open Inari packet and drain the sauce
Layer Inari pouches halfway up with rice then top off with the salmon mixture
Top off with green onions and fish roe
