Healthy & Easy Peanut Butter Stuffed Dates
  1. Place pitted dates on some greaseproof paper

  2. Flatten each date with the back of a glass/cup (place some greaseproof paper over each date then press down - will prevent the date from sticking to the glass)

  3. Top with a tbsp of peanut butter, some melted chocolate and chopped pistachios

  4. Refrigerate or freeze until set
