High-protein Orange-mango Flaxseed Shake
  1. Combine 1 peeled orange, 1 cup mango, 1¼ cups yogurt, ½ cup ice, ½ cup water, 3 tablespoons ground flaxseed and ½ teaspoon vanilla in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute.

  3. Divide the shake between 2 tall glasses.

  4. Garnish with orange slices, if desired.
