Transcendental Granola
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, sliced almonds, and shredded coconut.

  3. Spread the granola mixture onto a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden brown.

  4. Remove from oven and stir in the cinnamon and vanilla extract.

  5. Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
