Burrata With Lemony Smashed Marinated Olives

  2. Let the olive mixture sit for a few minutes

  3. Tear burrata with your hands

  4. Sprinkle fresh basil over the burrata

  5. Spoon marinated olive mixture and marinade over the top

  6. Serve with bread and pair with Sauvignon Blanc
