Preheat oven to 200°C
In a bowl add blueberries with 2 tbsp of cornflour and mix. Set aside
In a large bowl combine oil, melted butter, sugar and vanilla sugar. Add eggs and mix. Add milk and vanilla essence and mix.
Add flour, baking powder, baking sugar, salt and mix.
Fold in blueberries.
Scoop the muffin batter into lined muffins tins
Bake for 20 minutes.
